You should submit an electronic copy of your final paper manuscript (up to 6 pages - double columns, single space), in Adobe PDF format. Please see Format Instructions (or click on the download link below to get the ICITA-format.doc file) for more details. You should email a copy of your paper in PDF file to icita@ieee.org with your paper ID in the subject line. 

The final paper submission needs to be made on or before 25 April 2008 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.  Please also submit the conference registration form to accompany with your final manuscript file.
